Our Standard Assessment

Our Standard Level is a ‘negative’ assessment spotlighting areas that need remediation and the steps to get there.
Standard Assessment identifies areas that need remediation in your Application Delivery environment, utilizations, and configurations. This is a high-level view into your ADC units that will provide a snapshot of how the devices are working and utilized. The resulting Engineering Report cites specific problems and recommendations for remediation.

A Standard Assessment begins with your running a pre-established script on the identified units, then sending the results to Cyberlocke to perform the audit remotely. Our Standard Assessment typically requires 3 work days per ADC pair.

Our Premium Assessment

Our Premium Assessment provides both positive & negative information — what is running well and what needs remediation.

Our Premium Assessment offers an all-encompassing and in-depth examination of your Application Delivery environment, encompassing traffic flows, utilizations, and configurations. This thorough analysis provides you with extensive information on the performance of your ADC appliances and how they can be optimally utilized to achieve the highest levels of efficiency.
Cyberlock Engineer/s will visit your site to assess the racking, hardware, temperatures, fan speeds, power supplies, and all crucial factors impacting the peak efficiency of the ADC units. Premium Assessment usually take around 5 workdays per redundant pair to complete. The findings from the assessment will be meticulously documented and presented to you in three formal deliveries:
  • Executive Management Report (high level)
  • Management Report (mid-level)
  • Engineering Report (detailed view)
